We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with bright and well-maintained rooms. The staff were friendly, making us feel very welcome. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Great location, close to metro stations and easy to find. The stylish and clean room was a bonus, with daily cleaning service. Loved the free snacks provided.
The room was very loud, with constant noise from the street and corridor even on the seventh floor. Earplugs were provided, but they didn't help much.

The facilities at Patio 7 were fantastic. We loved the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and the option to do our own laundry. The rooms were clean and the free mini bar was a great touch. The Japanese-style bathtub was a nice touch. The club/lounge area was a cool and relaxing spot.
We felt right at home at Patio 7, with no complaints at all.
